1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DocuViralPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Description of Service

DocuViralPro is an AI-powered tool that generates documentary-style videos from user-provided topics. The Service produces AI-generated scripts, narration audio, storyboard images, and search-engine-optimized metadata. Output is intended for YouTube creators and similar platforms. We do not guarantee that any generated video will go viral or achieve specific view counts.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans: We offer Free, Starter ($12/mo), Silver ($24/mo), Gold ($49/mo), and Platinum ($99/mo) plans. Each plan includes a set number of minutes per month and a maximum video length.
• Auto-renewal: Paid plans are billed monthly and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• No rollover: Unused minutes or any unused portion of your monthly allowance do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Your quota resets to zero at the start of each new cycle.
• Billing cycle: Your billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription and recurs monthly on that date.
• Payment processor: All payments are processed securely by Base44 Payments (Wix). We do not store your credit card information.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings or the Subscription page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the end of the current billing cycle. If you cancel, no further charges will occur.
• Downgrades: Downgrading to a lower-tier plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your existing videos remain accessible.

5. AI-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the documentaries you generate, but acknowledge that the content is created by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for factual accuracy before publishing.
• You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute the content generated by the Service, including ensuring compliance with YouTube's policies and applicable laws.
• You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or payment requirements.
• Use the Service to generate content that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The DocuViralPro platform, including its name, logo, design, and software, is the property of DocuViralPro and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. AI generation may occasionally experience delays or errors; we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuViralPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
